3rd Foot & Mouth, after over 20 years of dedicated service to Scouting closed down on the evening of Monday the 5th September 2005. However, a few minutes later, it reformed as a "Themed Scout Fellowship" to give itself a committee structure that would enable the burden of its workload to be shared more equally and to form a sustainable base for the future. Essentially, there is no change, those being fed by 3FM will see a return to the highest possible standards with an emphasis on both quality and quantity.
